We werewelcomed with a glass of champagne and toasted to the start of an amazing dinner.
We were started with the Fresh Scallop On The Shell hors doeuvres. The presentation was amazing and the taste was even better.
Next we were given the Beijing Chicken with Walnuts. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the walnuts gave the dish a great flavor.
Dumplings, one of our favorites was up next. These are a classic from Beijing and they were extra delicious.
I consider myself a steak snob, and Mr. Chow's MA MIGNON is pretty high on my favorite steak's list. This steak has been a staple item and an original recipe since 1975. The filet mignon was cooked just how we love it... medium rare and still mooing.
One of my absolute favorite dishes finally made an appearance. If you ever visit Mr. Chow, these Chicken Satay are a MUST TRY. I could literally eat a whole platter by myself, but unfortunately, I had to share these ones.
We even got our own noodle show. Woot Woot
Gambler's Duck was our last entree of the night. What a perfect name being in Vegas and all, right? It definitely got us in the mood to go hit up some tables at the end of dinner. The duck was served with steamed pancakes, scallions, and an incredible plum sauce!
Thank you for having us Mr. Chow, you made #blondeswhoeat tummies very full!
--> DAY TWO, we had lunch at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips located at the LINQ, a part of Caesar's Palace as well. These authentic Fish & Chips were amazing. This spot is perfect for a quick bite to eat while you're on the go venturing through Vegas.
--> NIGHT TWO, we dined at The Giada Restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing, with the windows being floor to ceiling all the way around the restaurant.
We started with the Spaghetti (Spah-geh-tee)... as Giada would pronounce it. The pasta was served with shrimp, lemon & basil. It was all cooked perfectly and tasted just as good as it looked.
