One of our favorite spots in Dallas

If you're looking for an awesome Italian spot in Dallas, TX, we've got you covered!! Our dining experience at Sprezza was absolutely amazing, from walking in the door all the way to dessert.

Adam, the General Manager seated us and was so kind as to bring us champagne to celebrate my birthday. If that isn't a great start to a meal, I don't know what is.

We were then greeted by our waitress Kadi. She went through everything on the menu with us and filled us in on all the go-to's, popular items and most importantly, her favorite dishes.

We started with the Stuffed squash blossoms, and the Spaghetti Suppli. Holy cow, were these incredible. I didn't even have time to get a decent picture because we dove right in. The Stuffed squash blossoms were out of this world, full of flavor with a nice crunchy texture. Even if you don't love squash, I can assure you, you will LOVE these. The Spaghetti Suppli were little fried balls filled with heaven. It was such a surprise to bite into the to find spaghetti and mozzarella inside. These were definitely a game changer!

We were dying for the Salame pizza, but decided to change it up and order something different for a change. We went for the Sausage, corn, tomato conserve, provolone and sage pizza. It was definitely different, but absolutely delicious. The sausage and corn paired so well together and the pizza was the perfect thickness to give you that nice crisp crunch when biting into it.

Onto our favorites. We ordered two pastas, which were both out of this world. First, we started with the Cappeletti Dei Salsicce. There are no words for this dish. The inside of the pasta was filled with red sauce and covered in an amazing Alfredo e Pepe. Whoever decided to pair those together, knows what they're doing. We ate this pasta in a good minute and were all debating to order more!

The last pasta we had was the Bucatini Amatriciana. As every other dish had been, this was absolutely incredible. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was like heaven in our mouths. We also cleared this one very quickly. The pasta got better and better with each serving as the noodles absorbed the delicious sauce.

Last but not least, we finished with a delicious dessert. The Chocolate & Caramel Bombolini!

Cheers to our favorite human, Martin, for treating us like royalty!!
